Nordeal provide a brilliant service. They first installed my gate 10yrs ago, last week was the first time I had to give them a call. I was expecting a wait, I explained to Beckie my concerns about security, she said she would see what she could do. To my surprise 4 days later, John the gent called and fixed everything, providing 3 desperately needed zappers. Really lovely people to deal with, providing expert, efficient and reasonably priced service. I have had past dealings with 2 other companies in this area, both a disaster. Go with these guys, they won't let you down.

I had gate motors which needed replacing rather urgently and had to try organising everything remotely. Nordeal really stepped up to the plate from the minute I contacted them, with Lisa co-ordinating, including same day response times, reshuffling their technicians’ schedules for the site visit, super-quick installation done so professionally, and a quality product at really good value for money. Experiencing service levels like this doesn’t happen very often.

I really enjoyed working with Nordeal. I had a tricky situation where the driveway was very steep and space was limited, but it was not a problem for them. I'm also loving the extra privacy we now have.
